Great piece, lookin reeel nice...love the long neck and scarf - and the face is awesome. Like that it's ambiguity ( probs spelt that wrong ), I'm not sure whether i see him as a hero or villain. If his palette stays the same then I'd love to see some colour in the background to contrast with his pale get up. Almost like an undertaker come gunslinga. cool. more please :)
Yeah, I prefer characters to have a bit of ambiguity to them, sort of makes the viewer work to decide who/what they're looking at. Hopefully gives them that little bit more resonance.
Not sure about the background yet, probably some sort of impending storm or summat. Saw a stage production of 'Something Wicked This Way Comes' a few weeks back, that's inspired me a lot for this slightly demonic, spooky mid-west kind of vibe.

Comments would be *gorgeous*.
lovely stuff as usual Ian. Nice pallete, and the clothing detail is spot on. Be cool to see what you do background wise. x
Just how busy can one man be? ;)
